Financial Policy
Payment in full is due at time of service. We try to make this as easy for you as we can. As such, we will courtesy bill most major insurances. Any unpaid balance will be your responsibility. Knowing your own co-pay and deductibles makes this process much smoother. If you can, call the number on your insurance card to find out your plans coverage, and both in and out of network deductibles. For patients without any health insurance ask our front desk what we can do to help. For payment we accept cash and credit/debit cards.
A written referral is required for manual therapy appointments, regardless of your insurance company’s requirements. Referrals can be written by a MD, DO, ND, DC, NP, or PA. We would be happy to verify coverage for you prior to your first visit, as some insurance plans may not cover manual therapy. We ask that you provide a 24 hour cancellation notice for scheduled appointments. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $50 fee.

Workers Compensation
We are happy to see patients with work related injuries. The more information you bring to office the easier it is for us to bill your employers insurance. A claim number, if you have it, the adjusters name, address, and phone number are all very helpful. A letter or form from your employer authorizing treatment helps protect you from receiving a bill.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept federal workers compensation plans.
Auto Accidents
We see patients for injuries from automobile accidents, and if your insurance permits we can bill them directly. We are not able to bill third party, or “the other person’s” insurance for accident claims.
Medicare/Medicaid – We are not accepting Medicare at this time.
WE DO ACCEPT MEDICAID AND DENALI KID CARE. We are not enrolled to accept Medicare at this time. If you have Medicare even as secondary insurance we are not able to bill out.
